The double-layer structure provides both flexibility and strength to the floor. The upper layer and lower support layer enhance impact absorption and load-bearing capacity, while a lockable system controls floor expansion or contraction (thermal expansion). The models are designed with non-slip surfaces and stable locking mechanisms to ensure a safe user experience. The substructure also incorporates structures such as cross columns or support pillars, ensuring ventilation and drainage, thus optimizing the floor's mechanical strength and comfort.

• Double Layer Structure: The upper surface layer and the lower support layer (support columns or lattice structures) work together to increase impact absorption and load carrying capacity.

• Diagonal Support / Column Structure: Diagonal column support structures located in the lower layer strengthen stability, ensure load balancing and reduce ground deformations.
